This is the second installment in the Red Light Juliet series by Weerd Science. Weerd Science is the side of rap project of Josh Eppard of Coheed and Cambria fame. This is our first ever video review, so it might be a little rough. Let us know what you think and here it is!
One Track that I didn’t get a chance to talk about in the video is “Misery Loves a Record Company.” I really like this track and think it gives a good look at what is happening in music today. Not too many artists are brave enough to really tell the audience what it is like being a musician and how you can be taken advantage of. Props to Josh and the rest of Weerd Science for really letting the listener know, and even backing it up with actual stats.

My final verdict is almost the same as when I first listened through the album. This is a very strong album, but now I love so many of the songs on it. While I miss some of the catchiness of previous works; I completely can dig the depth of these songs. Weerd Science talks about some very personal moments and really give the listener and glimpse into where life can take you, and how it feels. I love the introspective nature of many of these songs, and I think that makes it much stronger. If you want to stop listening to mainstream rap that all sounds very similar, take a chance on a real genuine artist like Weerd Science. Below is a video for one of the songs on the album.
